Hi-Res Security Ltd are proud to have a professional and experienced team working within the company and are continuously striving to maintain a happy workforce. It is part of our ACS standards that we are constantly aware of the welfare of our staff and we take staff concerns very seriously. We are pleased to have high team spirit amongst the workforce as well as loyalty and commitment which is rewarded by means of various recognition policies that are in place. The contentment and enthusiasm of our staff is reflected in the quality of services that are provided to the customer, which is of course our ultimate objective. 

 

All new members of the team are vetted in strict accordance with the British Standards Institution (BSI) Publication BS 7858 (Code of Practice for Security Screening of Individuals Employed in a Security Environment). As a rule we only recruit operatives who have a number of years' experience within the security industry and dog handlers who are already NASDU or BIPDT approved. All operatives are SIA licensed as a minimum requirement.
